Scott and Anthony are the proud owners of Viola Café, where hospitality meets heart. While Anthony brings precision and polish to the front of house, Scott leads the charge in the kitchen, making sure every bite delivers comfort and creativity.

Originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, Anthony draws on his background running a successful design studio to bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional client service. His warm personality and Southern charm make guests feel instantly at home.

Hailing from Alabama, Scott’s love for food started early—rooted in big family gatherings filled with laughter, stories, and home-cooked meals. With a professional foundation in management consulting, he’s spent years developing his culinary skills as a creative passion, now turned profession.
